vsftpd configuration with example

Step 1: Install vsftpd Package  (available Centos7 source file)

[root@ashish ]$ rpm -ivh vsftpd-3.0.2-10.el7.x86_64.rpm

Step 2 : Install httpd Package  (available centos7 source file)

[root@ashish ]$ rpm -ivh httpd*

Step 3 : vsftpd service enable/start

[root@ashish ]$ systemctl enable vsftpd
[root@ashish ]$ systemctl start vsftpd

Step 4 : check status vsftpd running.

[root@ashish ]$ systemctl status vsftpd

Step 5 : add vsftpd service in firewall.

[root@ashish ]$ firewall-cmd --permenant --add-service=ftp
[root@ashish ]$ firewall-cmd --reload

Step 6 : check vsftpd running.

[root@ashish ]$ curl ftp://localhost
